Any chance for an ITA with 421 ?

Please share the files (IELTS, ECA, Educational credentials, Employment Referral letters, Birth Certificate, PIC, PCC, POF, Spouse IELTS Edu credentials)
to upload after ITA and the format, PDF etc, and the size.

Do we need separate PDF for each of the above?

All I can say. I'm at 455 and still doubtful :-\

I think getting ITA on 421 would be a far shot - better start evaluating options for job offers or for PNPs.
