Any CEC - Outland applicants out there with PPRs yet?

Just curious if there are any CEC applicants from outside of Canada who have received PPRs/PRs so far this year?
If so, what's been your timeline from AOR to PPR?

I created an EE profile Jan 2015.

My year of work experience was July 2013-Dec 2014. So the within the last 3 years rule will expire in Dec 2016.

At least I'm still valid for FSW

I am here. I have seen lots of CEC outland receive PPRs. One just announced it 1 2 weeks ago on the APR thread. It was treated like CEC inland I believe.

I received my COPR in August; 6 months to the day after I submitted my application.
