Any body get ECA report CES or any other than WES

if any body is here can you please remove my confusion with stepwise.

i finished my
metric, ITI,diploma,Bachelors(Eng) in ---- india
Masters in --- USA

now i am working in USA, i heard if we go through CES for ECA, we can just upload the color photo copy of our education certificates instead of sending certificate copies from U r education Boards with attested, if yes do i need upload all my educations certificates(include ind & us)? in CES.

I have done my degree attestation from CES at university of Toronto. Well, I sent all my educational documents through mail and also provided my transcripts in sealed envelope from my universities in Pakistan and USA.
FYI, I have done my engineering from Pakistan and MBA from USA and currently working in Saudi Arabia.

so we can't get ECA by upload our educational documents in to CES site? so how to send educational docs from 2 different countries?

Call your university registrar office to send your transcripts to CES. The universities normally do that and ask them how to pay for this. Like my university did that for free.

Could you please guide me that how we can send the color photocopies of the documents and also guide me that whether they need attested documents or not? please be noted that I belong to Pakistan
