Any BC Provincial Nominees out there?

Hi all, excited to say I got my BC provincial nomination yesterday! It's been added to my profile and my score is now 1069 (woohoo!) How have folks experiences been? Processing times, etc?

FYI: My last app through CEC was rejected by error over my medicals (error has been fixed but that app is lost in the CSE ether.)

Applied Under BCPNP ITA july 10 , application submitted on July20 , Decision made on September 30th, waiting for the passport request.

Sure thing! Error was that despite my doc submitting under what she believed to correct category (non-EDE worker class) the med board (the interim assessment group that you have no direct contact with) assessed the medical for temporary rather than permanent residency. So I had no idea the assessment was "wrong" until CIC canceled my application. I reached out to my physician and she fixed the error with the board and had them reassess the medicals but it was very frustrating. In any case, I submitted CSE but I believe the app is lost in the ether now.

So basically we hav to stress the word "its for pr" while doing medicals ?? Right ??
Can we do upfront medicals???

So far as I know, there is no specific class for Express Entry medicals (a major oversight by CIC). Non-EDE Worker or Family is standard for PR apps, I believe. In any case, I finally heard back about the CSE on my old application and CIC admitted they made a mistake and agree to re-open the application. However, since I received a new ITA last week under a different stream, I've decided to withdraw the original application.

im a bc provincial nominee, i got my ita in august and sent of the documents last week some time, im now in the mess of sorting outa schedule 4, and trying to work out if the catagory im in requiresme to have a minimum ammount of funds in my account. if you need advice on your way let meknow!

I just read in a different post that Schedule 4a only applies to certain PNP categories (business, entrepreneur). Schedule 4a does not apply to me so I will be adding a Letter of Explanations.

thanks Julia! The schedule 4a didnt apply to me, like you said, it only applies to busienes entrepreur classes. I had a lawyer look over my application for the other one.

the cic asses you against cec, then fsw then fst, i met the requirements for cec so therefor do not have to provide POF or have a minimum ammount of funds
