I Dont really have a history in the forum, but with the small time i have been around,
i have read a lot of stories,and these stories really pushed me to ask this question .
HAD THERE BEEN ANYBODY WHO GOT STUDENTS PERMIT,EVEN THOUGH HIS OR HER PAST EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
DID NOT MATCH WITH THE COURSE HE OR SHE CHOSED?
