Applied Visa online on 28th Oct., medical passed got passport request on 11th Nov. but till date no response.

I have applied for study permit on 18th November. But till now it's showing that application is bieng processed at Canada visa office, Chandigarh. Anyone know when will i expect to receive my visa under spp ?
