I have sent full documents to visa office Berlin in november. I donot know what is timeline of Berlin. Are there any applicants from Germany. Please tell me your timeline.

I also sent the full application to Berlin in November 2009.
Received confirmation letter dated 2.12.2009.

Kinda frustrating not knowing if it's going to take 6 months or a year or what.

Waiting for CIC to post new processing times.... hopefully sometime this month.

Just saw the February bulletin from Bysse:
- from the time you send in the full application to the invitation to take the medical testing is currently taking 6 months.
- after that it's 2-3 months to finish processing and get the visa.

So, full application in December 2009 -> visa in September-ish 2010.

it takes more than 6 months. what is ur online status? once it is changed to in process may be about few weeks or month.

mine still recieved by visa office, already 6 month.

my online status is 'received by visa office'. Berlin visa office is too slow as compared to other visa offices.

hi,

I heard from a friend of me today, that berlin office takes atleast 4 months to change to in process.

his file changed to in process after 4 months, while mine already 6 months, and waiting. but after it turns to in process then it is a bit faster.

in his case he got medical request 2 and half month later after change in process.

then once we see in process then it is short waiting for the other processes.

your status doesnot change after 6 months ...is frustrating as your friend status changed after 4 months. I think you must send an enquiry to visa office about your status.
what is your categary and when have you applied ?
