Any applicant from pakistan need your help

Hello everyone,
Today i got a request from cic for additional documents
City of birth/ specific town
National id number
Any previous arrest
For the first one i need to upload birth certificate?
For second one do i need to upload passport or national id card?
For the third one i already submitted police clearance obtained from embassy of pakistan in canada, what document should i upload now as i was never comitted any crime nor arrested so what do upload in this case?
Any help will be greatly appriciated

If you have mentioned your National ID number in your EE Profile the you have to upload the National ID Card (if its in urdu then you have to translate it), even if you haven't mentioned the National ID number then try attach it with passport, to be on a safe side.
For the third one i already submitted police clearance obtained from embassy of pakistan in canada, what document should i upload now as i was never comitted any crime nor arrested so what do upload in this case? What have they requested exactly? is it Schedule-A Form?
Any help will be greatly appriciated

Thanks for the help.
They just mention any previous arrest dates.
And also i have NICOP so i can just upload that as the number is mention on passport as well.

I hope your police clearance certificate didn't mention any arrest that you had. If not then you can say N/A in the field. Please also carefully check your application whether you have checked any box where it says that have you been arrested before. If yes, send a CSE to correct it.

Thanks for the input. My pcc dont have any thing on it and it says nothing adverse against the applicant. Also when i got my last gcms notes it said pcc: no reportable trace
And today i got this. But i will do check my file again just to be sure and than i will upload my pcc again.
The one i uploaded was obtained from high comission of pakistan here in toronto but now i will upload the other one which i have from my home city.

How they usually ask for sch A? Becuase in my case they just asked any previous arrest dates so i am not sure what to upload for that

i think you live in Canada,have you ever been convicted in Canada or any other country? if not then i think you have mentioned this in your E-apr? just explain them politely that you have never been convicted and have provided the PCC for that, may be attach it once more.
attach birth certificate and NICOP + Passport copy with a letter stating your NIC number and passport number with expiration dates.

I am currently living in Canada. I have never been arrested and i also double check my submitted file again, all questions are Answered NO. So i will write an explanation letter and will provide the remaining documents.
