Can anybody answer how long does it take process of Permanent Residence to Quebec i my application to london office were received on 1 june 2011 until it 13 months

IT Written 10 months and already 13 months any idea what should i do.

Email them and ask why it is taking so long. BTW, there is no logical processing/timing with this Canadian immigration. Give it a try.

I did few time concerning about my file number they told me the application is in process and try to keep the minimum contact as much as possible.
I check on the process time in london office around 10 months,

Any advice?
