the expiry date of our visas is 1 year from medicals date (I've done my 2nd medicals 14th of feb 2014, visa validity is 13 feb 2015).

in some cases they don't apply the 1 year validity rule on your visas, it really depends, but most of the cases its 1 year from medicals letter date.

It's really "spirit lifting" to see your progress, while sharing the same frustrating waiting period.
I'm glad I finally found the perfect forum for our case.

We have sent our passports a week ago and waiting to have them back hopefully with the visas.
