/W/e applied to Damascus on May 2009, Received Medicals request on 8/6/2013
But this was the second time since they sent medicals on August last year by paper mail and we never received it (really, who would send paper mail to Syria and expect it to arrive these days?)
My eCAS account is not working, so i don't know when they did receive medicals.
Wish you all get your PPRs soon.

I hope this explains why your most recent e-mails have not always received a response. I hope it also clarifies the expected timeframe for processing your application (i.e. before December 2014). You questioned our lengthening processing time in very diplomatic terms, I thank for your tactfulness. As you know, under the old rules, there was no control of intake and CIC received, year after year, more cases than it could process. Some missions developed huge inventories. Warsaw had a small inventory (hence our processing time of 11 months in 2011) so it was in a position to help other missions. Thus, cases (like yours) were transferred to Warsaw in big numbers. Since we received more than we can process in a year, our processing time lengthened. It is not a matter of efficiency or change in procedures, it is a simple question of input and output. While this does not get you closer to your objective, I hope it reassures you that cases continue to be processed efficiently in Warsaw.

In conclusion, I would like to add that your message shows a lot of potential for you and your family to become successfully (and happily, I hope) established in Canada. Please remain patient, I can assure you that your case is not lost and that it will be put in process in due time.

DEC 2014 is the dead line for FSW1 for Warsaw office by that date all of us should have DM in our cases
To whom who applied to Deamas in 2009 must be processed by the end of 2013 , but the security check may be different for each case depending on the history of travelling so some times it takes longer "i.e sheenathomas" the security check comes after Medical test.
I like that officer and like the way she treats the applicants and deals with cases , she is the highest ranked officer with authority of making final decisions, but I am fud up waiting that is why I chose this name and still and will till the date i get the stamp

Dear Ms.******* Girard,

My name is*********** , place and date of birth: ************. I have been an IT Manager since 2007 and I have been the principal applicant for FEDERAL SKILLS WORKER immigration since February 2010.

I am writing to you to explain my immigration situation. Myself, my wife ********** and our daughter ******** have been preparing ourselves to a move to Canada, and trying to adjust to Canadian life style ever since the CAIPS notes that I ordered on February 2012 showed that my points were calculated and I was recommended for further process. Therefore we started to imagine life virtually in Toronto, taking the right and necessary steps to move forward towards our new life in Canada. We've been asking the best places to live in and raise a family, we also inquired information about the best schools for our daughter. I've also searched for recommended and suitable courses that would help me polish my academic profile and work experience to fit in the Canadian labor market.

My family is a multicultural one, I am *******, while ****** my wife is******, our daughter ****** has adapted well to both cultures and speaks both languages fluently. We strongly believe that Canadian life style and values-to which we've already been adjusting to and preparing virtually for- fit us very well and offer ideal conditions to our family. We've come to believe that Canada is amongst the best countries to settle in and raise a family. Canada's highest standards of democracy, tolerance to religion, culture and ethnicity, gender equality and it's infamous friendly residents, made it clear and easy for us to make it our premium choice to be our new destination to settle in and live an exceptional experience as the newcomers amongst it's wonderful multi cultural society.

The long waiting period we had to deal with was nothing compared with the big dream and the big picture we have already lived in our minds. One doesn't need to remind you how time runs fast and days go by unnoticed. I am mentioning this because of the continuous increase in time frames of waiting periods for processing immigration cases in Warsaw office, from 12 months in 2011 to 43 months presently. This frustrating matter has made us feel like we would never reach our big dream to immigrate to Canada, it also made us feel like that the time and effort we have spent on learning about Canada was only a learning experience at home rather than a preparation phase to the dream we have been living. It's really hard to see your efforts and patience fade away as dreams in reality turn to wishful fantasies and what is making the things much worse that the embassy has not answered my inquiries since November 2012.

Finally, I would like to add that finding you was not an easy task at all; it took me many hours of reading different forums on many different websites; however the harder part was to decide to write to you and to find the appropriate words to express to you the situation with my case.

Thank you for your time and patience reading my letter, I would be grateful if you would reply to me.

Sincerely
**************

Guys this is the email with the full replay , the answer came after 42 days

Mr. ******,

Clients who write to us receive an out of office message that directs them to this information on our website:

This confirms that your e-mail has been received at the Visa Section of the Embassy of Canada in Warsaw.

The Visa Section is making every effort to devote as much resources as possible to processing. Given limited resources, this means that we cannot respond to all e-mails. Please be reassured that all e-mails received are read, however, you will only receive a direct response where this is deemed necessary. The following provides the reasons and alternative sources for information if you do not receive a response:

- General inquiries will not receive a response. If you have questions on how to apply for a visa, you must find the answer on our website, www.cic.gc.ca and http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/poland-pologne/
- Inquiries that do not include a file number, name and date of birth will be discarded
- Inquiries coming from unauthorized e-mail addresses will be discarded. You can authorize an e-mail address by listing it on your application form, on your Use of Representative Form or add a new address following these instructions: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/poland-pologne/visas/update-how_mettre-comment.aspx?lang=eng&view=d
- We cannot acknowledge the receipt of each and every document. If you have sent us documentation, rest assured that it will be reviewed.
- Request for information on files that are still within service standards will be discarded. Service standards can be found here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/service-standards.asp. If your case is not covered by those service standards, please contact us if your case has not been processed before December 2014. You can always obtain information about the status of your application here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/status.asp. Please note that sending repeated inquiries takes time away from actual processing and can only cause delay.

If your inquiry is case specific and requires a response, you will receive a reply within the next ten working days.
If you are requesting a reconsideration of a decision, rest assured that your request and any documents submitted will be reviewed by an officer. If you do not hear from us within the next ten working days, it is because the officer has considered your information/submission and has decided to not re-open your case and/or to maintain the original decision.
If you are requesting a change to your application, please note that a signed request is necessary in order to perform some changes. You can find more information on this on our website http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/poland-pologne/visas/update-how_mettre-comment.aspx?lang=eng&view=d

Please note that by supplying your e-mail address, you are initiating an e-mail communication with CIC and thereby authorizing CIC to use your e-mail address for communication with you including the transmission of personal information on your file/case.

****************
