Are we going to figure out something to do or are we going to keep talking to each other?
 
Dear KITTI,

I know it's a frustrating situation on my part. Partly I know the reason to it but it still doesn't justify it. Sunday night is the best time to bombard them with emails, hopefully on the next working day which is monday they will get our emails(only if everyone pitches in, cooperates and sends them "Urgent" emails!!!!!!!
 
Do what?? they are so damn late they dnt reply on inquiries. Medicals are taking ages to reach them.. its a damn mess..
 
We should all email them so they get to work. They get our medicals quickly but they take ages to process our cases. This should not be done. It is not fair!!!!!!
 
Guys I think if we act together it might help ""like sending emails from each at the same time""
but its much better if we send a letter to the minister Kenny.
Any ideas?
 
We should all send emails sunday night, so the start of the week they can check their inboxes and wake up!!!
We shouldn't give up on shooting emails every now and then.

its great idea sending emails on sunday night so may be it refresh there memory about us the forgotten ones.
what shall we say in the email so we can all copy and send with our diffrent info and cases no.so they know we are united about this situation

Hi nicelady,

Just email your concern about your file and how this delay is affecting your situation at present in terms of giving up on good job opportunities as well as other factors which have negatively impacted your life due to waiting all this while. If we all send the exact email, they will suspect something fishy going on so for each individual it should be different. So Sunday night it is. So do we have everyone's consent?

Cic posted new processing time for the applications . 43 months now instead of 37 . This applies to us , forum people . As if we needed more delay .
 
Dear all
i am 2006 Damascus applicant, my file was transferred to Warsaw office in 2010, 2 weeks ago i received my PPR, i sent the passports together with photos to warsaw office using Aramex, i included a prepaid voucher from Aramex for purpose of return, today i received an email from Warsaw stating that my PP are ready to collect, please arrange a prepaid courier service!! it seems that they will not use my prepaid aramex voucher!!
in this case what should i do? i live in Saudi Arabia - Riyadh
does any one know how to arrange a prepaid courier service from Riyadh?

First of all congratulations
Second , I advise u to e mail Warsaw office and tell them that u already sent a return voucher , in case u can provide a copy of this voucher send it as an attachment with the e mail . In the subject case write : Urgent.
Ask for their advice of what you should do and explain that you are now in Saudi Arabia . Good luck
