I'm from Iraq and currently resident in Iraq , Did they ask for RPRF with ppr or you already paid it earlier ?
Where u issued the check? Is there a bank in Iraq deal in Canadian currency ?

they asked RPRF and MR together but RPRF can be asked at any stage of the process e.g with PPR, I found no bank in iraq to make my payment, if u have a friend in overseas u can ask one there and pay to him all the fees via Western Union, if not a lawyer can do it easily for u but can cost attorney fee for that, I think (dcohen @ canadavisa.com) can help as this is the best lawyer I now.

Kindly let us know the date on which the visa was issued if possible; I am trying to estimate how much time I need to wait before contacting the WVO to ask them if my passports are ready.

Thank u maintarget and nadandfad, surely I post further info. after my pp back with the pretty visas. I think it is better to send ur pp ASAP, if no further requests u might receive back after 2 weeks and they contact u whenever is required, but I think it is normal to contact them at this stage to inform important points related to ur landing plan. they accept it even if they not answered u.
