is there a procedure?

Dear Gussj,
I will try to explain it my words,
The CAIPS is a software that officers in all Canadian embassies around the world are using while they are processing our immigration files, once they calculate the points they mention that in CAIPS , and when they send the MR they mention it , so the Caips show us all the immigration process step by step, but if they have not started processing the file yet that u need to know about , the Caips notes will be empty.
So the Caips notes are the scanning notes of what the officers have succeeded with specific immigration file.
i think it is not that clear but if u have any questions just go ahead......

Thanks Fedup again,
Does this system apply to post June 2010 applicant as well, based on my timeline?
IF yes, how can we get a copy of the notes? are we allowed to access them?
Will it contain more detailed info compared to ECAS?
Thanks
Guss

U need GCMS,it is the same like CAIPS from your time line you need the new one""GCMS"
an example of GCMS for you.

yes it shows u much more than the E-case once they have started the real processing of ur case but if they have not started yet ,it would show nothing.
Ordering it u can through different websites or if u have any one in Canada that u trust there is a forum that u have to fill in and send him/here and he/she can mail it to the CIC and get the answer from them.
I am ordering the CAIPS through a friend and it costs me 20$,i met him the forum , i did know him before but i trust him now fully.
