Good news for us


A friend of mine from Iran with initial application on 20 April 2009 received an email from Warsaw yesterday for Schedule 1 form update, landing fee, PC updates and Funds. It seems Warsaw started processing our applications.

Why there is a long time (almost a year) between your Docs Request date and 2nd AOR???

Not so sure why, but i guess most probably because they were transfering my file from Damascus to Warsaw!!

I can not get it: how could you get the (Doc's Request on 11.05.2009) and have 120 days to submit and then get your 2nd AOR on 19.04.2010 ?? When did you send the docs to Damas??

I am just trying to understand so we can all make better sense of the whole proccess.

Hi Jor,

Doc's request was on 11.05.2009.
Submitted docs on 1.09.2009
After 3 months (from the date i send the docs) i sent a case query to enquire about the status but unfortunately didn't get any response, and then resend after few months another case query and i recieved back a letter having a new file number with a notification of doc recievable.
