You go to your bank in which u have an account

The bank issues a bank draft cheque for the amount of let's say 490 cad $

For the general receiver for Canada , check the exact name on the site

Then take the cheque and send it thru aramex to Warsaw office if this is ur VISA OFFICE .

Do you mean a cashier or certified Check? In the Website it says it has to be a Canadian Bank?

It's called a bank draft issued by the bank , they take the money from ur account
