Again just as an update. I rarely check my CIC online status recently, but I did today, and I noticed a slight difference and thought I should update you all. The status on my applications is as below, please pay attention to point number 2, which was added recently:

Permanent Residence
1.We received your application for permanent residence on December 16, 2009.

2.We started processing your application on May 1, 2014.

3.We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 11, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

4.Your application and supporting documents were received by the Warsaw office. They are pending review.

5.We transferred your application to the Warsaw office on February 18, 2010. The Warsaw office may contact you.

6.We transferred your application to the Warsaw office on December 12, 2011. The Warsaw office may contact you.

7.Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 22, 2012.

8.Medical results have been received.

No, I haven't heard any thing. I wish I haven't applied at all. It doesn't really worth all the thing we put into it and we went through. But the man has to finish what he starts. I assume you haven't heard any thing from them!

Just to update you in my case, I got an email through my lawyer from Warsaw vo that they have granted me an extention of my medicals to feb 2015.
They also mentioned that this extension shall allow VO to conclude my case and communicate any requirements in the future.
Thought to share this with you. I wonder how much further time is required to send PPR??

They also mentioned that this extension shall allow VO to conclude my case and communicate any requirements in the future.
Thought to share this with you. I wonder how much further time is required to send PPR??
