Hello every one

This is Reaz from Bangladesh . I am looking for some advice regarding my student visa . here is my situation
I am 28 years old unmarried . I have done my SSC(school certificate ) & HSC (High School Certificate) with 60% above marks .I have done my Advanced Diploma in Computing with A+ Grade . I also have a Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management with A+ grade . My IELTS score is 6.0 overall . Now i m working in a 3 star hotel as a assistant restaurant manager for last 3 years . I'v been working in this hospitality business sector for over 5 years. Now i am looking forward to obtain a foreign degree to improve my skills and achieve experience from overseas . It would help my career and boost my salary .
Now the question is

What sort of course(HOW LONG) i should choose to study in Canada ? PGD/ DIP
Am I too old to get a student visa ? i m 28 yrs
Is it too late to apply for September Intake ?
Which city I should prefer to choose for study(positive chances to get visa) ? i
My father is giving me the sponsor ship with 50K C$ cash bank balance with 250 K C$ asset. I also have some property on my name and cash balance in my account 15k C$ cash 100k C$ asset . My brother in law also want me to give sponsorship , He lives with my sister(PERMANENT RESIDENT) in NY USA.
Dose it help if i get a sponsorship from overseas ?
Is that enough to prove my social and economical ties with my country ?

Thanx for reading . It would be a gr8 help if any one can give me some potential advice

1. Try to improve your IELTS score. I think you should have at least 6.5 for a safe path.
2. Your work experience would be a great plus point for your application.
3. About the course, I cannot help that much since I don't have much of an idea regarding THM courses but I think post graduate diploma would be the option for you since you already have a diploma.
4. For education, age is not a factor. And brother, you are only 28 years old. You have a long way to go before you get rejected for your age. You got an offer and you have the proper docs - the visa office is bound to give you a permit (or reject with proper reason) as long as you are not a zombie or a grandpa :p
5. Yes it is too late for this year's September intake. Normally, international student applications always ends 6-8months prior to the start of the semester.
6. Visa doesn't depend on the city as far as I know. But yes, for entry to any of the city in Quebec, you will need an extra permit called CAQ. Other than that, everything is the same. Choose the city where you are interested to study.
7. Sponsor = sponsor. Doesn't matter from where it is coming as long as you can show the proper amount and the proper documents.
8. I think the amount you are willing to show is more than enough. And the assets are well formed also I guess so should not be a problem to show country tie. Try to show your work experience and if possible get a sabbatical from your current job (only if they are willing). Best tie would be to get married and leave you wife back in the country. That way, they are sure that you will come back to the country :p

I hope my answers help.
