Hi,which province did you apply?As my friend told me, only NB&NL will send AOR for endorsement application, but NS won’t send AOR .So I would like to know. Your reply will be appreciated.

Folks, any idea if IRCC office in Halifax, start functioning? Issuance of COPR, they are supposed to do . I have seen candidate from NB , have started getting COPR thru e-mail from Fredericton office ,few days back. I was curious if Hlaifax office have resumed or not, as things are getting eased out in the province (NS).
