Basically, my wife is under a temporary resident visa (she already applied for an extension for the second time). We want to apply OUTLAND from inside Canada.
Therefore, in the class of application (see screenshot below), we have to check "I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under Family Class (..." right?

Then for #7. a question (see screenshot): Are you and your spouse currently living together? Can we check both yes and no?
My wife is currently living with me. We believe we have enough proof to answer both No and Yes to this question.
Or can we only answer Yes? But provide additional documentation as if we are not currently living together such as call logs and social media (messenger) convo translated and write a letter why we are providing these additional proof.

We are also hesitant to answer yes because what if she didn't get another extension and has to leave the country. Please enlighten us on this matter.

Correct for the class of application.

You can't select both. You are living together and need to answer Yes and provide only the applicable proofs.

If the extension is refused, then she just updates IRCC that she has left Canada. It doesn't affect the app.
