ANSWERING STATUTORY QUESTION. FOR A VISITING VISA REFUSED INITIALLY BT DECISION APPEALED & APPROVED

Hello house i have submitted my application .I however had applied for a UK visa years back. It was refused and my sponsor appealed the decision and the visa was subsequently granted to me. I made no mention of this in the statutory questions because the visa was eventually approved.

Will this amount to misrepresentation. if so what can i do?
