I have been Divorced two years back. I am confused while I have to say yes for the marriage which has ended and provide the relevant details or to say No.
Confusion is because, obviously I can be Divorced only when I was Married, So, "Previously" is kind of confusing to me.

You are clearly overthinking.. you are divorced? That means you have been priviously married..meaning you are not now anymore. Nothing to be confused by.

May be I am, as I don't want to make any mistake. So, asking for a clarification. Thanks!!

What about the situation where you are currently married and the divorce for your first marriage had happened some 14-15 years back and you do not have the documents and the details of that divorce?

You need to get the documents.

So, we can not apply without the documents? What about marking that as No, because even if we say yes, there is no supporting document or even the details of the marriage

Saying no is misrepresentation and can get the person being sponsored banned for 5 years. Get the documents is the only answer.

You can't apply without the documents. As said above, saying No is misrepresentation.
