Waiting (In process since 14 Feb 2012)
Dear Friends...

The thing is that after the In-process date (i.e 80-85 days) my status now changed to DECISION MADE (letter awaited from VO with reason) whereas i was expecting MR since CIC took such a long time as usually they reject cases within 4-5 days from In-Process date

I need suggestions what could be the reason that CIC took almost 3 months to get my case rejected ?? As i have not heard or seen a single case where rejection is issued after such a long wait !!! Even i have checked with different consultants and they were shocked too

Is there any chance that this is a system glitch OR
any chance of MR now even status changed to DM OR
Do you think it is because of NOC

Regards
Noman

Did they asked you to submit updated docs after the in-process date?

direct from rbvo to dm n then rejection letters.

They didn't ask for any updated documents... the case is not in DM directly from RBVO it stayed on in-process for almost 3 months !!!

This is what shocked me...This doesn't seem normal trend.

there remains no set pattern any more. rbvo to dm, IP to DM.

i know, im sounding a bit negative but its factual.

It could be a system glitch. You may wish to send an email to London about your case status.

It could be system error......................... send CSI asap.

This is strange.... ideally if they wanted to reject they could have done it at initially stages

I heard there are many others of NOC 1111 waiting since Jan after processing date so they should expect MR or God forbidden they can also face rejection...

Seniors what do you think about this ???

very strange indeed.. did you send CSI? please keep posted about your correspondance with LVO

decision made occur yesterday after 2.5 months. I don't think so they sent me any letter, because in reply of inquiry on 22nd April they replied "my file is in process, no action is required form you". i didn't get any letter so far. is it safe to send inquiry again as i sent inquiry 2 weeks ago.

and he too belongs to NOC 1111

This is not a good sign as we have witnessed another example where status are being changed to Decision Made after 2-3 months:(

I am sending CSI today & will update forum members accordingly.

Please pray.

Dear Noman, i am also in the same boat. Got decision made last Tuesday and sent CSI yesterday. We both have same NOC and similar processing dates, our visa officer also might be the same. did you send CSI inquiry after getting processing date. if so, what was their reply. I sent 2-3 times and got reply " You file is in process or waiting to be reviewed. no further action is required from you."

These days rejection pattern is:

RBO>DM>rejection letter
RBVO>IP(with RBO Details)>DM>rejection letter

But this time RBO>IP(with RBVO details)>IP(With Date)>DM

This is very strange. none of the refusal applicants face this situation. this time only NOC 1111 and specially who got processing date in Feb 2012 are under attack. I wish it would be system error. May GOD help us. Please pray for us.

Dear Usman - I have just sent CSI & waiting for reply....I am in shock how our case is gone to DM directly without medicals....

It would be very unfair if we are being cut down coz of NOC even though I am applicable on both NOCs (1111 & 0111).

Please let me know, in howmany days CIC has replied on CSI.
