Whoever issues or however grand, the invitation letter does not guarantee that you will be issued a visa. It may be a requirement but visa officers assess you. Your purpose why you want to visit Canada, your ties (such as a job, home, financial assets or family) that will take you back to your home country and your money for your stay or the funds to carry out your stated purpose in going to Canada. Meeting these requirements would be a gauge for an officer’s decision into granting you a visitor visa.
Before you apply for a TRV make sure you already addressed the reasons why your were rejected the 1st time. Example if it was stated you were rejected due to your financial assets, this time around you should have more money on the bank compared to what you have on the bank statements you presented the last time.[/QU
Thank you so much for this reply God bless you bountifully ... like you read my mind easily.. the reason I was refused was just purpose of visit alone. Like you said I’ve to work towards that this time around.
