About annual salary, CIC needs the exact amount which is the same as showed on T4? Or I can just indicate the average amount, because it got increase after last year T4.

I think you will be fine
My T4 is a bit lower compared to my current annual salary (3-4K difference due to salary adjustment)
In my gcms notes the case analyst indicated such difference but did not make any negative comment
