Have already asked this in the Quebec thread but since it's more general, asking it here too:
Earlier I had read on Quebec's website that the docs required for work experience are only an offer letter and work exp letter. But in the actual PDF Checklist, they mention:
21: To certify the legality of work exp, proof of your social security contributions or proof of exemption from payment of social security premiums. If you cannot provide proof of social security contributions or proof of exemptions from payment of social security premiums, you must provide proof of payment of income tax.
Now since my annual salary income is below the tax slab, it is exempt from income-tax and I have not filed any IT Returns. What should I do about this? I am afraid they will return my application if I don't send them ALL the reqd. documents, this one being one of them.
Any assistance would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
