Annex B LMO for LCP

Hello there!!Having same problem here,The POLO office is asking for my brother's LMO annex B.The employer don't have it.Any idea where to obtain it..PLEASE!!

Tell your brother to ask his employer to call the office who issued the LMO. The office source of the LMO should be able to answer your brother's need.
