Do we need to also sign in the first column above the name in Annex A . in passport request email for PR?

Is there a field above the Name field with a label that says signature or Sign here or something? If yes, then sure sign it there. If no, then only sign where it asks for a signature like maybe at the bottom of the form under the phone number field.
