Since yesterday they have started to work.
I saw 5 people got decision
4 visa
1 rejection (mother and father)
Applications were for dec Feb march april

Hi, I've got my visa stamped in Ankara, although I originally applied from within Canada. Maybe you will find it relevant.

Timeline (all dates in October 2022):

• 7th: decision made, passport request;
  • same day: I'm boarding a plane to Turkey;
• 10th: handled my passport along with the IRCC letter to a courier (Aras Kargo). I also included my return flight tickets for October 26th, perhaps it sped up the process;
• 12th: application reached Ankara Visa Application Center (VAC);
• 13th: application dispatched to the Operation Center;
• 14th: application reached OC and is on transit to the IRCC Office;
  • same day: application is under process at the IRCC Office;
• 20th: application processed and is on transit to the VAC;
  • same day: envelope with the passport handled to a courier partner (UPS).
• 21th: UPS sent me a tracking number;
• 24th: UPS messaged me that the passport is going to be delivered on that day. It wasn't;
• 25th: I received my passport just in time to board the plane on 26th.

Applied for a Spousal Open Work Permit from Israel. But since I am an Indian citizen, my application was sent to Ankara.
Applied on Oct 2.
Bio updates on Oct 6.
(Medical exam not required)
No updates since then.
