VAC means embassy or VFS ?

Let your wife call VFS in Istanbul and they will give her instructions of what to prepare before she visits them. The VFS in Istanbul will collect her passport, photos, etc... and send to the embassy in Ankara.

Should we pay also for VFS ? (As some people mentioned)?
Because it is not mentioned in the email that we have to pay the corriuor or to put the reciept of Garantesi bank with the docs...

Pls advise dears... the time is tooo limited for us.

when the passport request letter (passport request letter) arrives, you need to deposit a total of 157.50 TL fee per passport to the VFS Global Garanti Bank account before sending your passports to our office. 53 TL of this fee is the "passport transmission service fee" for sending your passport to the Embassy, and 104.50 TL is the "one-way courier service fee" for returning your passport by courier when the transaction is completed. These fees are calculated according to the Canadian dollar rate and can change with the exchange rate.

I applied for spousal sponsorship back in Sep 2019 from Canada. My wife is outside Canada and our application is currently in Ankara Office. My wife completed biometric and medical back in Jan 2020. Since then no update.
Anyone has any update with similar situation. I heard they started requesting for passports. is that correct?

No news from who had sent their passport to Ankara? I hoped to get the Tracking ID Number today
 
I was thinking about our passports ..... maybe they are in quarantine for 14 days then they will starting work on it.

I submitted my passport on 9th September and they said that on the 21st they start to process my passport. Still waiting
So good my friend, it takes time if your passport is in the VO. How did you send it to VAC? and how do you find that it is under processing? Did you receive the Tracking ID Number?
