Does anyone know any agency in SHIRAZ which takes the passport to ankara for visa pick up? or do everyone send it to Tehran first?

We just gave it to Grdeshgaran agency today.
As they claimed, they send passports to turkey 3 days a week on sunday tuesday and thursday
