as I see my timeline is behind you since mine hasn't changed to in process yet

I'm a Canadian citizen have applied for my wife to come to Canada on Jan 9th as CIC emailed me they have received the file on Jan 9th, on Jan 28 they emailed me that file was transferred to the VISA office in Ankara, online status indicates “decision made”
What does this supposed to mean. Any idea how long will it take for the visa to be issued? I have sent all the required documents such as medical police record check and also tones of photos, fees and phone logs.

Do I need to call or email/fax the VISA office for a follow up?

Hi it is a good record in 19 days I think you should have got a letter till now with your file number on it that you can check your case online and about the visa the time is vary it might takes some months as I see here at least 7 months but in the web site CIC indicates "it took to process 80 percent of all cases in 16 months" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp

PPR February 13th 2013
visa issued on Feb 27th 2013
