Ankara VAC, are Work Permits processing?

Its not just Ankara, I am from India waiting from April 2020. last update I got BVL on Oct 26th,2020.
Nothing after that. I come under GSS stream, 2 weeks processing still waiting for months.
Seems they are not giving any priority for WP applications. just focusing on study permits as that is their major money flow.
Frustated..
I applied for my wife’s SOWP online, her visa office is Ankara. AOR September 8, they did nothing till November 24, when I saw the eligibility started. But medical and biometric are not passed yet... what is your application status?

Closed Work Permit
I had biometric, so no need for renewal,
Eligibility reviewing started right after submitting.
nothing ever since.
my wife had biometric done as well in 2019, so no need to take them again. Also upfront medical, but still not passed...
