I am PR and my wife is Turkish citizen, the estimated time for Quebec sponsorship is over 45 months right now! we are thinkiof to just applying for visitor visa for her and doing inland pr application once in Canada, Does anyone know the success rate of visitor visa for spouses? and does having dual intention (applying for a visitortoder to do inland PR) impact the visa decision? any advice would be appreciated.
