Any document request for US H1-b visa holders in the month of March ?? 8)

Hi every one,
I recieved my DOC request yesterday, and I am wondering if sending the job description letter is optional if I have been in the same position and company?? Can anyone reply back asap.

Does, recieving a doc request mean recieving the AINP nomination?

Application received by AINP date: 4/10/10
Request for additional doc received date: 3/23/10
Additional Doc sent to AINP date:
File number received date: 11/9/2009
Doc request received date:

Thanks
Pr

If the text in your document request says "...under Final Review" then it means they are requesting additional documentation for nomination.
And if it is optional, they usually say it in the doc request text. So mine said something like "Job description letter (if employment changed from current employer)"
Hope this helps...
Can you give us your NOC?

Hi Best,
Thanks for your reply
Hi this is what it says in my email

My NOC code is 2121 (Biologist)

Your AINP application under the U.S. Visa Holder Category is under review. At this time we require:

1. A copy of your most recent pay stub

2. A copy of the bio-data / photo page of your valid passport

3. A copy of your current and valid H-1B visa or I-797 Notice of Approval

4. A copy of your current job description on your employer’s letterhead (if your employment has changed)

5. Address update (if there have been any changes)

6. Please advise if you have secured a job offer in Alberta

7. Please advise if you have become a permanent resident / green card holder of the U.S.

8. Please advise if you have left the U.S.

9. Please advise if you are no longer interested in this program. In that case we will close your file.

We would prefer that you reply by email, including scanned copies of relevant documents. If that is not possible, you may fax copies to my attention at the number below.

Please reply by March 31st, 2010.

did your lawyer ask you to keep cellphone on until approval? They warn me to look back all documents that I submit and prepare for phone interview.

Update: Once you get document request it should not take more than 1 week or 10 days to get your nominations. Please keep checking your mail boxes.

I got document request on nov 22nd 2009 and i got my nomination on Dec 2nd 2009.

*** Note:

Whoever got document request better apply for FBI Fingerprint report as it takes time atleast 8 weeks.

Good luck to all.
