Hi all,

I want to start a thread to track all the applicants from 2013 second half that got RQ, so that we can all share and discuss
MY TIME LINE:

Application Received: Aug 6
In process: Oct 16
School records request: Dec 6


Please share your timelines

Application processing started on June 7, 2013

Notification received by late July (along with Discover Canada booklet)

Residence Questionnaire received from the CIC Montreal office on October 4, 2013

RQ sent to CIC Montreal office on Nov 11

Notice to prepare for test received from CIC Montreal office on December 28, 2013
 
Online courses that I did. But unfortunately that's not a registered school. So not sure how oam hoing to respond.

Will update you once I respond to Cic..
 
Someone got an RQ from the Montreal office less than one year after they applied?

RQ sent to CIC Saskatoon office on Nov 10

Waiting......... >:(
 
It seems like applications are making it to the local offices very fast compared to 2011 applications, unless it is really Sydney sending the RQs with the address of the local office.

I think so...the envelope with the RQ had a wet mail stamp from a CP facility in Montreal

What are the information/papers/documents they asked for in the RQ?

School records
Copies of the lease since I came to Canada
Tax returns
Letters of reference
Photocopies of all the pages of all the passports I have used since 2009
Copies of medical records (summary sheets of medical histories, vaccines, report of prescriptions from the pharmacy, etc)

Anything that proves you actually live in Canada
