I totally agree with you my friend. Dishonesty and corruption were words not included in the Canadian dictionary. Unfortunately the big and uncontrolled flow of immigrants back in the 80's and early 90's brought with it also these totally negative values.
Please don't get me wrong, I too am also an immigrant as most of my family and friends! I know! Some old habits die hard!

He extorted money out of people through his position in a government agency. Four years is not enough. He will have a hard time getting employed in any position that is responsible for people. Though that would not keep him from becoming an Immigration Consultant. Then he could extort money legally.

Then this guy he is very stupid. How can he lose such a good position in the government like that? I believe his police clearance has bad record now. That is true, he will have hard time to find another job specially when they will run his name or social insurrance number in the systems. That is why they are on strike now. some documents will expire on their shelves because they want more money.
