Hope you are well.

I am an international chemical engineering Masters student from the University of Cape Town (South Africa).
My nationality is South Korean and have a permanent residence in South Africa.

I just have submitted my final thesis draft back in July 2019 and I'm actively looking for different opportunities. I have been looking for jobs in Canada but with my current information, It is challenging know what I need to do. In addition, I studied right through my undergraduate to postgraduate and therefore, I don't have any work experiences yet.

Would you kindly let me know any information that can help me to find a job/PhD positions in Canada?

Kind regards,
So-mang Kim.

You are unlikely to get a job without being able to work in Canada. You can certainly try but I would recommend you get work experience and the quality for PR.

Thank you for your reply :)

I would like to ask one more question:

Is it possible to register an engineering council of Canada (Chemical Engineering) with Masters degree obtained from South Africa?
For example, I'm looking at "The Canadian Society for Chemical Engineering". Would it benefit my Visa application?

Kind regards,
So-mang Kim.
