Hello everybody,
I'm new to the forum here and I have just a simple question about immigration & I wish to find the answer from you :)
I'm a pharmacist and my uncle is a Canadian citizen and living in Ontario.. My question is which type of immigration is suitable for my case?

Family sponsorship (to be sponsored by my uncle)
or
Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream

Waiting for your kind reply..
Regards.

It's extremely unlikely your uncle can sponsor you through family class. If he has a spouse or common law partner or if he has children or if either of his parents are still alive or if he has any family members in Canada - then he cannot sponsor you and you will have to qualify for PR on your own.

So in this case I can just use his residency in Ontario for adaptability points as he is a tie there ?

Your uncle can sponsor you only if you are under 18yrs, an orphan, and yet to get married?????? :D

You are a pharmacist and i am 100% sure u can make it to Canada in no time if you start working on express entry program now. Ontario provincial nominee is another option for you sir. Goodluck

Thanks a lot Lakesyde for your kind reply :)

I have another question if you can help me with it..

Regarding all the documents needed for express entry profile (ID, passport, bank statement, experience proof..etc) do all of them need to be stamped or to be notarized from a lawyer before uploading ? Also should I apply the same all documents for my spouse and my child too?.. noting that I'm the principal applicant

IRCC instruction on notarization is very clear. You are to notarize documents only if the originals were not in English or French Language. U just need to scan and upload if ur Docs are already in English. Imagine an applicant trying to notarize an IELTS test report!? ...funny I think

Dont isolate urslf here and i think you shld try n check out those threads for express entry applicants for all ur queries to be answered by ur fellow applicants...Like this one down here
