So im one of the rejected PR applicants whos NOC codes did not match duties mentioned on hrsdc ... and I will be applying under a new NOC Code again.
Here is a reference letter drafted by me which my manager would be signing soon. Please can you confirm if the info on here is enough and does the letter look credible.
I would be printing this on a company letterhead.
Also is it necessary for a fax number to be present because we don't have a fax machine for our department.

• Develop and create, amend, implement and test database systems and data models. Follow prescribed data fidelity methodologies to execute data quality improvement projects
• Research and document user and data requirements through data collection, administration and analysis of data models and security
• Executing audits to benchmark the state of data quality, retention, and security.
• Collecting and documenting data governance metrics and user requirements
• Serves as a conduit between internal customers and software development team by developing and implementing data models, administration standards and policies
• Perform data mining and interpret business needs into application requirements by data testing and operating database management systems
• Actively participate in the design and deployment of business applications, systems and data integration processes to ensure high quality data standards and controls is implemented.
His salary is $180,000 and he is entitled to paid vacation, bonus, and health benefits along with Employee share ownership plan and pension plan.
