Immigration isn't possible given your age and the fact you have retired. Only possible if you have kids who are Canadian and can sponsor you.

Children may be able to sponsor you eventually if they qualify and get selected. Each adult child will have to apply separately.

Well thanks for your reply which I accepted for me but I have 2 children I want them to study in Canada but they are Libyans not Canadians,as I know very well not now but until the Covid-19 gone which I hope very soon,as both of them will apply Separately with my assistance with them please.

Your children need study permit if they wish to study in Canada and they will have to pay international student fees. The first step is to be accepted by a school in Canada. Then they must apply for a study permit. Each of them will need to show around $25,000 in savings to cover 1 year of living expenses and tuition.
