I have access to my eCas for immigration, but my wife also had an account for ServiceCanada. She cannot remember her ID is there any way to recreate a password?

It may be easier to create a new account.

Alternatively, you may use the forgot user id or forgot password feature in the login page.

That's the thing she forgot her login ID, how can one create a new e-pass account? If there was another alternative to help remember or verify the details it would be a lot easier.
