An Appeal to OINP / IRCC - High Time to Follow the Declared Time Frames.

1. We all truly understand the heavy work load of at OINP, IRCC, immigration departments.
Earlier OINP has been prompt in informing about the decisions on OINP dedicated site.
2 Once the application packet is received the time frame is 90 days , but the AOR's are taking more than 120 - 150 days.
3. OINP should take into consideration that the demand drafts, IELTS, WES, PCC, Medical reports, have time limits.
Due to lack of info , response time of 15 days, auto generated messages with no or delayed response, delays, uncertainty
the applicants, aspirants are suffering from anxiety, hopelessness, depression.
3. Off late many aspirants are awaiting PT 's. A clarification whether PT's would be issued in future or not,
or it is paused for a certain duration would bring clarity.
5. After the AOR the nominations are taking months.

OINP is slow - but SLAs can not always be followed.

There is no SLA as such.

OINP in their application guide clearly mention 90 days for acknowledgement of application packet from date of receiving.

It's not binding upon OINP as there is no service level agreement between the applicant and OINP.

It is OINP sole discretion;

It is frustrating., but they do not have to follow anything really., the time frame given is a time estimate, it is not binding to them in any way.
So, there really is no point in appealing to anywone since you don't have any grounds to appeal on. My application already surpassed the 8 months., and I got a reply from CIC saying it is within "normal processing time"., so there really is nothing you can do

I already clarified earlier; It's the sole discretion of OINP.

All of us have no choice then to wait patiently.
