Hello Dear , Actually not yet maybe I will receive it soon , Actually I don't know but I'm confusing about the road now . if they close it between Duhok & Erbil , I won't not be able to submit my passport.

when you saw that medicals passed on GCKEY was there any changes on the CIC account?
