I don't know brother I hear today from one of my relatives her friends receive email that her passport has been dispatched from Amman to Erbil also she was submitting her passport on 22-sep-2020 , maybe as you said they will send bunch of envelopes together.

You need to let your spouse go to MP parliament and raise this complaint about that. and You should provide them some evidence that this delay was not because of the Pandemic COVID-19, but this only with the VFS Erbil office. Also, this was not happening with VFS Jordan or VSF Beruit. Also, If you could also provide them the other Canadian embassy in Turkey did not face this issue. In addition to that, you should make a complaint on VFS Erbil because they did not do anything to make a better service. We need to push on them.
I agree. VFS makes a lot of mistakes. I saw a thread a guy received back his passport with visa stamped on it and also lander in Canada but his tracking status still shows "under process at IRCC". Also my tracking says under process since 24.9.2020 whereas IRCC responded my inquiry and said that they received my passport on 28 September. I suggest @Miladb should attend the VAC Erbil in person and get to know what is going on better than talking to some online idiots based in Dubai who know nothing about the process.
How did you contact the IRCC bro ? Actually I din't want to be tuff or mad on them because I'm worried about the passport the think that make me angry is this times all is going from the visa .
First of all, this is your right and You already got a visa. Therefore the issue is just to back your passport. Second, you no need to talk with IRCC because you can not, So I told you to let your spouse go to MP and mention your case with evidence. This will help your situation. I did that in the previous week and I am waiting for them to get back.

Via MP office. It's so effective. Nowadays IRCC only responds their inquires
If you are not in contact with MP office directly, ask your lawyer to do so.
Hello Everyone, Today I received the second email from VFS, and they informed me that your application has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office Amman. I have a question: when will I expect to receive the third email? BTW: I sent my application on Sep 29th, 2020.
Congratulations, for me I received it after 12 days . Some other is still waiting.
