No wallah; they haven't asked. Usually they ask after the 1 year mark. The application was approved for sponsor on March 13, so after March 13 they will start to open the file and ask for the second medical. Do you have a lawyer?

My lawyer sent the application February 18, 2013 and got my
Sponsor approval March 13, 2013. Wow it has almost been 2 years for you. My lawyer would have been going crazy if it was 22 months waiting. I really hope you get it now!!!!

Are you the sponsor or the applicant? I don't remember but did you say you already contacted the MP? I really don't understand why your lawyer isn't doing anything. My lawyer is friends with someone in the embassy but he is such a busy man he doesn't have time to reply.

im the applicant and my wife is the sponsor and she is now in canada , she ask MP for help but he say he cant do nothing untill the proccesing time is finished because amman office have a huge number of applications so they dont reply until the time is over . our lawyer tell us the same thing . can i know what your lawyer tell u ??

She didn't say much but she wouldn't allow the fact that we would wait until 22 months. That's just way too much . However, as I said I am still in the process of doing the multiple visa for my husband . They say if you show a traveling ticket, they will accept and approve! But me and my husband want to leave in March .. And I am due in June.. Will they let him go from
March until June? That's 4 months. What do you guys think?

You can reply when your in Canada. My cousin did that for my aunt.

The least they will give him is 6 months or more so dont worry i hope it goes well for you

Inshaa Allah ya rab u 'll get it very soon, btw did u get a second medical request? when was that? number of months passed since they received it?
soso23 and i thinking of getting a visitor visa so if u can help us here, it will be very nice from u.
first did u believe that u provide all the evidences and requirements to convince them that u will leave Canada when visa get expired. i mean here did u provide a bank statement with sufficient money for at least six months early,funds or house under ur name, letter of employment, or letter of a vacation from ur boss or something like that?
second did u get a letter of refusal from them? what are the causes they based on to refuse the visa? did u blame them about something ((actually i blame them about everything hehehehe but i'm just asking))?
third what was the type of the visa u apply for single or multiple?

Actually ,they didint ask me yet about the second test which i first did in 1/7/2012
And the vist visa was rejected bcoz of many reasons
1-i was applied for a spouser visa
2-they wrote to us that the reasons for this visa is not convinsing enough
We put a steatment from the bank show that we have money
And the visit wont take long coz i have a study to continue in iraq

They r ignorrring me i blame them 2

its the first time i feel that every thing in this world is bad ,,, its now 24 months for me waiting just waiting : 3 months for sponsor approval and 21 months for stage 2 >>>>>>> wawww wawwww wawwww ,, so can i know my dear amman office immigration deparntment when u get my application to be finished ????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
