We applied online to the super visa since March 2013, the file is currently in Amman. WE are contacting them through emails but no reply.
Any idea on how we have a response from them?

I really wish you get ur visa soon Khalid, cu I know u have waitied as much as I did. bas inshallah its very soon for you too, did u ever contacted your MP? try to contact your MP because since I contacted my MP she relly helped me and even before my wife gets the visa the embassy called my wife told her she needs to send more pictures because they didn't receive it, but my MP looked at the file and found out it was a lie everything was finalized and the only thing they were waiting for is the fees receipt from missiagua, so she told me to not spend money and send pictures to them because this was not the reason. and after she told me that in a week my wife got the visa. she was very helpful and she was really sending emils and contacting the embassy. try to contact yours too

Hi mohammed, I have a question for you. When you spoke to your MP, did you send her an email or did you go see her in person? If you went in person, did you have to book an appoinment?

HI ika..we also contact our mp.. my husband called him and make an appointment at the same day.. he was very helpfully and he sent many email to embassy about us they replied him ... u can contact your mp in your city and go to explain what happen with your app w inshallah he will help u
