I think it will be much faster if you go CIC main website and find the sponsering forms and the try to print them out. Try it.

Hi guys!

So we received the passport back from DHL on Tuesday March 5th. It took a long time but you can't do much. The visa is stamped in the passport and they sent back our wedding pictures and also two pieces of papers that have to do with PR information for when he lands.

We booked on Turkish airlines cause its direct from Istanbul to Toronto.

is this your first time for the medical exam? where you want to do it? baghdad?


if this is your first time doing it, you need to have your Appendix C from your application, you need to fill it and take it with you to the doctor, photos, and the fees(it depends where you are doing it, if in baghdad they take approximetly 300$) , you have to take an appointment with the doctor cuz somtimes it takes time to get the appointment, but when you do it it takes about 10 days and the doctor will send the result to the embassy.

email for them to inform that I have submitted these request documents by hand and I need confirmation they did not answer me
how can I check if my documents arrived safely

You can call embassy .give them ur name and ask them if they recieved ur document or not .

i want to ask. my application change to" in process" since september 2012 and from that time till now there is no change.

and the processing time had finished. any one help me what i do ? i send two email and no response.

i dont know ahmed . But i heared from some people they dont ask them for any document and suddenly they got the PR so be posative . BTW what is ur timeline
Did you order GCMS NOTS ?
Did you try to call them ?
Did they asked you for any thing such as redoing the medical or any documents and when?

I finally got my sponsor evaluation approval! I'm so happy! I didn't think it would take only 28 days!! It was so fast. El hamdulillah!

Now the long wait for the next step... : Hopefully it's as fast the sponsor evaluation approval.

gsmc notse : it is that note which is give you more information about ur application
here r the forms and the info u need; it takes 30 days you have to order them from inside canda

Salam bothers and sister ,how is everybody ? How come this thread is so quiet these days ? As for myself , I emailed the Visa Office all the documents they required and answerered all their questions. I received no cofirmation that rhey received my email. Anybody recently received anything regarding submitting his/her passport for visa stamp or for anything else ? I heard the Minister of Immigration, Mr Jason Kenny , was in Iraq few days ago. Inshallah this visit will make things easier and faster for us. Good luck for all of you.
