Amity University Recognized - WES (MBA as Masters)

Received my WES report today.

It states my MBA degree from Amity University as Masters degree from a recognized institute.

For all those people like me who get scared by the old discussions related to Amity on this portal, no additional documents are required except the transcripts we get from the university in a sealed envelope. You can choose to have the university send it directly to WES or collect them in person and then send to WES.

I can help you with Noida Campus but I am sure the process will be similar in other campuses. If you are in the same city as your university it is best for you to go there and fill the form in person. I did it online but it resulted in some delays.

You can get them to post it to your Indian address once ready, then do the WES process yourself.

Or

You can create a WES account beforehand, fill the WES application form and the university will post the transcripts to WES directly

I have done a 4 year Integrated MBA from Amity University NOIDA, I wanted to check, whether this will be recognized by WES? And also can you suggest me to fill my FSW application on my own or hire a consultant:

My Parameters are:
Age: 34
Education: 4 Yr Integrated MBA
Exp: NOC 0 - More then 6 years
IELST: CLB 9

-WES still does not show Amity as a recognized university in their database. Is there any reason? If I directly send the transcripts will there be a problem? Please let me know of any guidelines to keep in mind
-Do we have to submit our 10th and 12th marksheets also to WES? In which format?
-Did you use an agent for Canada express entry procedure or on your own?

Hi,

There is no issue with Amity Noida's full time courses. I took separate transcripts in sealed envelops for both Master's and Bachelor's. Later, I kept both of them in one big envelope and forwarded to WES. To keep things simple for WES, I forwarded them the attested copy of the mark-sheets and degree along with the transcript.

No need to send 10th and 12th marksheet.

For MBA - Apply on Amizone
For BBA - Contact the college

Later, contact the university for it in E2 block (Brig V K Kashyap)

The EE process is easy to understand and I don't see any need to hire a consultant.

This is to clarify to everyone that Amity University degrees and courses are well recognized by WES.


Still do not not know why they have not updated it on their database.

Listen up guys,

There has been lot of people depending on WES. In fact longtime ago I did the same mistake.
CIC has approved other agencies as well. There are Lawyers and Immigration consultants who are
pushing people towards WES for ECA report. Go for IQAS - it is approved for ECA by CIC.

There have been lot of rejection by wes. Including mine. But IQAS accessed my 3 years bachelors
equivalent to 4 years Canadian Bachelors Degree.

Dear All,

I got my Amity University M.Sc (IT) {distance & online mode} passed out 2016, ECA done from IQAS. Initially I tried with WES but they did NOT recognized Amity and sent a mesg, "Masters degree from a non-recognized university". I was in contact with WES many times, but they did NOT revise their report even after sending them Amity's status letter from the registrar. Finally, I took a chance to start the ECA process with IQAS from the scratch and it paid off. I sent all my papers, bachelors full time and masters part time, along with the original letter from the registrar. Today early morning I received the final report. I am happy to jump from 380 to 419... it may not sound big but getting 39 points on EE is a huge difference.
