I am an American citizen working for an American company. I was transferred to Calgary. My wife was also given a work permit but does not work. We recently became legal guardians, caring for this child in the phillipines. My question. My work permit in Canada will end in Aug 2018. It is our intention to transfer again to the US or back to Asia. Can we get a visitor visa for the infant we care for? My wife and I have been separate for nine months because she is in the Phillipines caring for the baby.
